Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Finnita, Inc., a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation (“Finnita,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Finnita website at finnita.com, including all subdomains and related pages (collectively, the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms govern your use of the Website itself. If you enroll in Finnita’s student loan enrollment service, your use of that service is governed by the separate Finnita Service Agreement presented to you during the enrollment process. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls with respect to the enrolled service.
What Finnita Does
Finnita is a student loan enrollment service that helps borrowers enroll in federal repayment and forgiveness programs administered by the U.S. Department of Education (“DoE”). Finnita is a private company. We are not affiliated with the DoE, any federal or state government agency, any loan servicing agency, or any academic institution. We are not a loan servicer and do not provide debt relief services.
The federal repayment and forgiveness programs that Finnita assists with — including income-driven repayment plans, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and loan consolidation — are available to borrowers directly through the DoE at studentaid.gov at no cost. You are not required to use Finnita or any third-party service to apply for these programs.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Finnita regarding your use of the Website. If you enroll in Finnita’s service, the separate Service Agreement governs that relationship.
